Where is AichiTheLight located? 

• Items are shipped out from Renaissance Center, Meralco Ave., Pasig City (Ortigas area). There is no physical store. 

Do you ship worldwide? 

• Yes, but due to the pandemic the nearest post office only accepts documents. So I can only ship out photocards, postcards and trading cards.
• FedEx is a possible option for shipping items.

What are the modes of payment you accept? 

• Cash, Gcash, Paymaya, Paypal, BPI, BDO, CIMB, LBC, Palawan Express Pera Padala
• Cash-on-Delivery (COD) via Shopee

What are the modes of delivery? 

• Same Day Delivery: Grab, Lalamove, Mr. Speedy
• Couriers: LBC, Gogoexpress, Abest (only if not covered by Gogoexpress)
• J&T and Ninjavan via Shopee Checkout

How much is the shipping fee to ________? 

• It depends on the item and mode of delivery. Shipping fee starts at Php 80.00 via Gogoexpress and will increase based on location and size/weight of items. 
• Shipping or larger items to provincial address roughly costs Php 200. 

Do you allow pick up of items from you address?

• Yes, but please let me know ahead of time when you intend to drop by.

 

Will I receive an order confirmation? 

• Yes, an order confirmation is automatically sent right after you check out. Please check inbox, spam folder, promotions tab. The e-mail is from aichithelight@gmail.com 

Where do I send the proof of payment? 

• Please fill out the Payment Form. 

How will I know that you have received the payment? 

• I will send out a payment acknowledgement e-mail. But it is taking me a long time these days to send the acknowledgement e-mails so please be patient. As long as you filled out the form, I'll be able to trace your payment. I'll DM you if there is an issue.

How can I track my orders? 

• Currently the master tracker is not updated so I do mass updates and announce arrivals via Twitter.
