Items that will be ordered as part of this GO will be purchsed from Weverse Global Online sales of the items.
The Artist-Made Collection by Seventeen includes items that are easily damaged or broken. AichiTheLight will not be liable for any damages incurred while the items are in transit from Korea to PH. Items will still have to be fully paid. No refunds will be issued.
S.Coups Domino Glass Set will be opened and inspected by my consol before packing to ship to PH. If the glass set is found broken upon the receipt at the KR address, we will try to have them replaced
Other Items will be shipped inside the original box from Weverse Global.

ETA: 2-3 weeks transit from KR to PH once items are shipped by Weverse Global except for the S.Coups Domino Glass Set which will be inspeacted by my consol. We will also make arrangements to add bubblewrap to reduce the risk of breakage during the transit of the items from KR to PH.
The following DOO and DOP is applicable for the 1st PO only. In the event that some items will have to be secured from a later PO, I will adjust the DOP.
DOO: 9/12/2023 or Until slots I can accommodate are taken
IF there is a limit to the number of items an account can check out, I will be using the buyer's account to secure items. Process of collecting data will be sent via email.
[1st PO] DOP: Required DP (30%); 10/1/2023 (50%); Once on Hand (20%)
Late Payment Fee: Php 50/week, charged per item
By joining this GO, the buyer agrees that if an item is sold out, it will automatically be purchased from the next PO. Only when there is no later PO opened that an order can be cancelled. Refunds for the DP sent will be processed if Weverse Shop decides not to hold a later PO.
Secured items will be allocated based on the amount sent as payment.
Order of priority I'll follow for the allocation of items based on the amount sent and the payment timestamp. Will prioritize those who have sent Full Payment, then 50% DP, then 30% DP.
